Coordinator, Enterprise Core Products and Solutions (Fixed)

About the role

MTN Ghana is hiring a Coordinator for its Enterprise Core Products and Solutions team (Fixed) in Accra, at MTN Level 2, reporting to the Manager. The role supports the management of existing and new fixed products and services, carries out regular product performance appraisals and helps generate revenue, reduce churn and grow the commercial segment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Fixed Services product strategy and roadmap aligned with MTN Business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end Fixed Services product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement.
• Develop segment-specific fixed service propositions for SMEs, large corporates, MNCs and the public sector.
• Drive fixed connectivity innovation across Fibre, FBB, 5G/FWA and emerging technologies.
• Develop bundled ICT and digital propositions and manage pricing, business cases and commercial propositions.
• Own key product KPIs such as revenue, growth, ARPU, margins, adoption, churn and ROI.
• Develop promotions and market stimulation initiatives, and partner with Sales to drive acquisition and revenue targets.
• Lead product launches and commercial readiness, including propositions, pricing, systems and sales enablement.
• Monitor product and market performance, maintain product documentation (PCDs, TCFs, business cases, UATs, research reports) and optimise campaigns based on performance and ROI.
• Develop strategic partnerships and champion continuous product innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Telecoms engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent business qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in the telecoms industry.
• Deep knowledge of the market and industry, and understanding of enterprise segments.
• Good verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; commercial acumen.
