Telesales Representative – Immediate Start Required

About the role

This is a full‑time telesales position for a fast‑growing e‑commerce and logistics company operating across Africa. The role is based in Madina, Accra and requires candidates to work onsite six days a week, handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Recommend suitable products, handle objections and close sales.
• Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve sales, conversion and revenue targets.
• Record all interactions and outcomes accurately in the company’s CRM.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• 6–12 months of proven telesales experience with responsibility for closing sales.
• Track record of meeting measurable sales, conversion or revenue targets.
• Strong telephone sales, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication in English; knowledge of Ghanaian languages is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM or customer‑management systems.
