Van Sales Representative – Kumasi

About the role

As a Van Sales Representative for Shalina Healthcare in Kumasi, you will be responsible for selling, delivering, and promoting pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and healthcare providers across the Ashanti Region. You will manage existing customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide product knowledge, promotions, and updates to customers.
• Identify and seize opportunities for increased sales and market expansion.
• Deliver products according to the scheduled route and maintain proper stock levels at customer sites.
• Handle cash sales, invoices, and ensure timely deposits when required.
• Ensure products are transported and stored according to regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and delivery reports.
• Provide regular sales reports to management and analyse performance for growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience working with pharmaceutical products.
