Western Steel Sales Officer

About the role

The Western Steel Sales Officer will lead sales growth and expand the retail footprint across the Western Region. You will implement regional sales strategies, generate leads, and conduct market research to meet business targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold and warm calls, schedule follow‑ups, and deliver product presentations to achieve regional revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers, key clients, and prospective buyers to boost sales and brand loyalty.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of all company products to answer queries accurately and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and expense reports, as well as other operational metrics, to the Area Sales Manager.
• Execute company sales strategies, perform local market research, identify new opportunities, and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience or residence in the Western Region with familiarity in steel or concrete product sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
