Wholesale Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to visit wholesale markets, acquire new bulk customers, and build lasting relationships. The role involves driving sales across Kumasi and Accra while providing market insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit wholesale markets to identify and acquire new bulk customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate prices and close sales.
• Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
• Update customer information and sales records.
• Provide regular market feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

Required profile

• Good spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in electronics, mobile accessories, or wholesale sales.
• Ability to independently visit markets and engage potential customers.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
