Account Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

This Account Manager position supports Senior Account Managers by nurturing client relationships and helping deliver digital marketing initiatives. It bridges the gap between creative, sales and technical teams so that projects run smoothly and client results improve continuously.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to build and maintain strong relationships with primary client contacts.
• Help plan and roll out digital marketing strategies covering SEO, pay-per-click, social media, content creation and email outreach.
• Work with internal departments to align on project goals and ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
• Support project management, including campaign configuration, performance monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
• Track campaign metrics and produce regular progress reports for clients with actionable insights.
• Carry out market research and competitive analysis to spot emerging opportunities and trends.
• Contribute to client-facing documents such as presentations, proposals and strategic briefs.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing standards, technologies and best practices.
• Learn account management methodologies and tools, gradually taking more ownership of client tasks.
