Digital Marketer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive develops, implements and manages the company's online marketing strategy to raise brand awareness, generate qualified leads, promote Devtraco properties and drive sales. The role covers social media, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, email marketing and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Digital marketing strategy: develop integrated strategies, plan campaigns for residential, commercial, hospitality and investment properties, and identify real estate market trends.
• Lead generation: create and optimise landing pages, lead funnels and online property campaigns; work with the Sales Team to improve conversion; run retargeting to nurture buyers and investors.
• Social media management: manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X; create content such as property showcases, project updates, testimonials, virtual tours and lifestyle pieces; grow online communities.
• Paid advertising: run Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and display campaigns, monitor performance, optimise for ROI and run A/B tests on creatives, copy and targeting.
• Content and branding: write blogs, email newsletters, videos, brochures and feature articles; coordinate photography, videography, drone shoots and virtual tours; keep the Devtraco Plus brand consistent.
• SEO and website: improve rankings, update property listings and project information, and monitor site performance and user experience.
• Analytics and reporting: track KPIs with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and the CRM, prepare weekly and monthly reports and recommend improvements.
