Marketing Associate

About the role

Wami Agro Limited is looking for a Marketing Associate in Greater Accra to shape and execute its marketing strategy, drive brand visibility and audience engagement, and support business growth. The role focuses on creating compelling content and dynamic campaigns across digital platforms, working closely with the Graphic Designer and using data-driven insights to deliver consistent, high-impact brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and content calendar aligned with business goals
• Identify and segment target audiences and craft tailored messaging
• Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions and seasonal initiatives
• Manage the company's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Create engaging, platform-specific copy, captions and content that drive interaction and brand affinity
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer on visual content requirements and asset delivery
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and analyse performance metrics regularly
• Track, measure and report on key marketing KPIs such as reach, engagement, lead generation and conversion rates
• Collect and analyse customer and market feedback to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness
• Support outreach with partners, distributors and media to amplify brand impact
