Communications, Events & PR Associate

About the role

Agrisolve is looking for an energetic entry-level Content Strategy & Communications Specialist to lead its storytelling and raise its brand presence across all platforms. The role supports annual and quarterly content plans, produces written, visual and multimedia materials, and contributes to event planning, brand management and digital engagement. It is based in Greater Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop and schedule content strategies for social media, websites, newsletters and corporate channels
• Create written and multimedia content about Agrisolve's initiatives, partnerships and impact
• Maintain a centralised digital library of photos, videos and graphics
• Contribute posts to official social media accounts, track engagement and join community conversations
• Draft internal updates, executive talking points, press releases and official statements
• Support public relations by building media relationships, securing coverage and handling press inquiries
• Assist in planning events such as conferences and workshops, including logistics, branding and follow-up reporting
• Apply brand standards consistently across all communications
• Collaborate on website content, digital campaigns and user engagement
• Prepare communication materials and capability statements for donors, government entities and partners
• Produce photography and video content that meets professional quality and brand guidelines
