Assistant Shop Manager

About the role

ANTIS LIMITED is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the daily operations of its retail outlets in Accra and the Tema region. The role combines sales leadership, inventory control, and customer service to help achieve the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Supervise and organise the sales team, ensuring high performance.
• Manage customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate lead‑generation activities with the marketing team.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct stock‑taking, inventory reconciliation and oversee incoming/outgoing goods.
• Verify waybills, record invoices, and audit shipments before dispatch.
• Apply delivery/transport charges for company‑owned trucks.
• Take full responsibility for stock management and control.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: HND.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail or FMCG sales.
• Proven ability to plan and execute sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
• Demonstrated experience leading a sales team.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity in inventory processes.
