About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for the rank of Associate Professor within its Business School. Candidates may apply to any of the listed departments, including Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Conduct and publish scholarly research in recognized journals.
• Engage in community service and contribute to faculty development initiatives.
• Participate in departmental and university governance activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Associate Professor at a recognized university, or a Senior Lecturer with at least four years of experience and ten peer‑reviewed publications.
• Three professional referees with contact details.
