Poultry Farm Supervisor

About the role

Amar Farms is seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations at its Eastern Region facility. You will ensure optimal bird health, production, and bio‑security while leading farm workers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily poultry farm operations and farm workers.
• Monitor feeding, watering, vaccination, medication and overall bird health.
• Track egg production, mortality rates, growth and flock performance.
• Maintain strict hygiene, bio‑security and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory of feed, medications, equipment and supplies.
• Keep accurate records of activities, production and inventory.
• Identify and report disease signs or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure poultry houses and equipment are clean and well‑maintained.
• Report farm performance and challenges to management.

Required profile

• Diploma, HND or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in poultry farm supervision or management.
• Practical knowledge of poultry production and flock management.
• Strong leadership and worker supervision abilities.
• Excellent record‑keeping and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive.
• Willingness to work flexible hours on‑site.
• Responsible, hardworking and detail‑oriented.
