Business Development Executive

About the role

Avurion Ltd, a Cyprus‑based market‑entry and commercialisation specialist, is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to be based in Ghana. You will drive client acquisition and expand our commercial network across Ghana and international markets, supporting brands in wellness, cosmetics, personal care, consumer health and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified prospective clients and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct targeted B2B outreach, follow‑ups and qualify prospects.
• Develop opportunities toward commercial discussions and identify export‑ready businesses.
• Build and nurture relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers and other market partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reports and ensure confidentiality of all non‑public information.
• Achieve agreed business‑development KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B business development, outbound sales or commercial experience.
• Strong prospecting, research and decision‑maker identification abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication skills.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in consumer products, FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, wellness, consumer health, manufacturing, distribution or international trade is a plus.
