Business Development Lead – Interior & Real Estate

About the role

Euro Homes Group is looking for a proactive Business Development Lead to drive growth in its premium interior division and support its real‑estate and construction projects. The role focuses on expanding the client base, forging high‑value partnerships, and positioning the company as Ghana’s top bespoke design provider.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the business development strategy for core interior product lines, targeting luxury retail clients and bulk B2B developers.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and main contractors to secure specification deals.
• Identify and secure new opportunities across residential and corporate segments, managing the full sales pipeline from pitch to contract closure.
• Conduct market research on consumer preferences, housing trends, and competitor offerings to keep product lines competitive.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure project execution meets client expectations and timelines.
• Monitor sales metrics, revenue targets, and conversion rates, providing regular strategic reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales or B2B account management within interior design, custom furniture, architectural hardware or premium construction finishing.
• Track record of building successful partnerships with developers or architects and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and high‑stakes negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian property market, luxury residential developments and local construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
