Business Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

EtaCI, an engineering consulting firm focused on multidisciplinary engineering cost estimation and technical support, is looking for a Business Development Manager to support its business growth and market presence. The role covers identifying opportunities, building client relationships, generating leads and acquiring engineering consulting contracts, as well as managing digital marketing and social media. It is a fully remote, six-month contract open only to candidates living outside the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and business opportunities across international markets.
• Generate qualified leads, reach out to clients and build relationships with contractors, developers, engineering firms and project owners.
• Develop strategies to acquire new clients and secure engineering consulting contracts.
• Coordinate client discussions, proposals, negotiations and follow-ups.
• Manage EtaCI's social media platforms and digital presence, and run marketing strategies to raise brand visibility.
• Create and coordinate marketing content and promotional materials.
• Build professional networks and partnerships in the engineering and construction industries.
• Monitor marketing performance, business opportunities and client acquisition results.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, B2B sales, digital marketing or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Experience managing social media and running digital marketing activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver measurable results.
• Preferred: experience in engineering, construction or related technical industries.
