About the role

Hatton Technologies is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to drive growth in the Accra & Tema region. The role focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, building high‑value partnerships, and supporting the company’s expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured business development and partnerships strategy.
• Identify, prioritize, and onboard high‑value partners such as SMEs, enterprises, vendors, and institutions.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities from outreach to closure.
• Drive user acquisition through strategic collaborations and targeted growth initiatives.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, partner performance, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimise growth initiatives.
• Continuously refine outreach and conversion strategies based on data insights.

Required profile

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in lead generation and market research for identifying and securing business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
