About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for our online social app, SOYO. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with business partners to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

Independently recruit and manage agencies, hosts, and coin‑dealers.
Engage with and recruit high‑value resources, ensuring their ongoing maintenance.
Formulate and execute recruitment strategies and be accountable for results.
Perform other daily operational tasks as required.

Required profile

Fluent in English.
Business development experience in social networking platforms.
Experience in agency and host recruitment or management in the live streaming industry is a plus.
