Graduate Management Trainee – Commercial Team

About the role

Jumia is seeking recent graduates to join its Commercial team on a two‑year Graduate Management Trainee programme. You will work on real projects from day one, gaining exposure to vendor management, sales analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners, ensuring their brands are well‑presented on the platform.
• Analyse sales, pricing and assortment data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to drive sales and improve product availability.
• Lead projects with mentorship support and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• First‑degree graduate (2025) from an accredited university.
• National Service completed with proof (NSS Certificate or Release Letter).
• At least 3 months internship experience in sales, retail, FMCG or account management.
• Strong commercial mindset, negotiation confidence and excellent communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with numbers and Excel.
• Problem‑solving ability and creativity.
