Cluster Team Leader - Konongo/Mamponteng

About the role

BURN Manufacturing is a clean cooking company that designs and manufactures energy-efficient cooking products. Its Electric B2C team in Ghana brings modern electric cooking appliances directly to households, and it is growing fast and needs strong local leaders. As Cluster Team Leader you will own sales performance for a defined cluster (Konongo/Mamponteng).

Key responsibilities

• Build, coach and motivate a field sales team.
• Own sales performance for the assigned cluster.
• Turn first-time curiosity about electric cooking into everyday use in the homes you serve.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2 years of field sales experience, including at least 1 year leading or supervising a team.
• A proven record of hitting sales targets, ideally in consumer goods, appliances, energy or door-to-door and retail sales.
• Fluency in English and Twi.
• Willingness to travel within the cluster.

Required skills

• Coaching, communication and people-management skills.
• Comfort with Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Results-driven, self-starting mindset and passion for expanding access to clean energy.
