Community Engagement and Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Community Engagement and Sales Officer to promote the MoneySmart Young Entrepreneurs Programme across regional capitals in Ghana. You will work directly with schools, parents, churches and community groups to drive enrolments and foster financial literacy among young people.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with schools, parents, churches and community organisations.
• Organise presentations and community outreach activities.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Create engaging social media content and respond to enquiries.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service or community engagement (preferred).
• Active use of social media platforms.
• Passion for youth development and financial education.
• Ability to travel within an assigned territory.
