Country Representative – Regional Manager (Partnership & Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to act as the Country Representative for our consultancy‑based Forex firm. In this leadership position you will drive partnership development, marketing initiatives, and team management across the assigned region, strengthening our market presence and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company as the primary point of contact for local operations.
• Increase brand awareness and reinforce market position.
• Build, develop, and manage long‑term partnership relationships.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage the Introducing Broker (IB) network.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
• Attend client and partner meetings, representing the firm professionally.
• Organise and host regional events, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate the regional team, aligning with company goals.
• Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
• Report on regional performance, market trends, and growth opportunities to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the Forex industry.
• Experience working with and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers.
• Demonstrated team‑management and coordination experience.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication, and representation skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
