Customer Experience Executive

About the role

The Customer Experience Officer manages customer interactions, coordinates service requests, resolves complaints and promotes customer satisfaction and retention across the laundry services, academic gown rentals and professional apparel business units. The position is full time and based in Greater Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by telephone, email, WhatsApp and in person.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Receive, document and monitor customer orders to ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with operational teams to give customers order updates and resolve service concerns.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Maintain customer records, service requests and complaint registers.
• Collect customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Follow up with customers to build loyalty and repeat business, and support retention initiatives.
• Promote additional company products and services.
• Prepare periodic customer experience reports for management review.
