Female Sales Executive

About the role

Akwaaba Building Materials Limited is hiring a female sales executive in Nsawam, off the Kumasi Highway, in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The role covers promoting and selling building materials to existing and potential customers, generating leads and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, phone calls and customer visits.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms with customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service before, during and after sales.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints and requests, and follow up to secure repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.

Required profile

• Must be female.
• Matured JHS leaver or equivalent; previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Ability to speak Ewe is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented, able to meet sales targets.
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
