Dedicated Service Sales

About the role

The Dedicated Service Sales role focuses on proactively promoting and selling Scania services to customers in the Accra & Tema region. You will work closely with prospects to understand their business needs and propose value‑adding solutions while maintaining a strong brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities, monitor competitor activity and explore new prospects within the sales district.
• Prepare quotations using the AutoMaster DMS system and present proposals to customers.
• Maintain daily use of the CRM application, record lessons learned and report performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve commercial and financial targets.
• Participate in monthly business review meetings and provide regular reports.
