Digital Health Infrastructure Intern

About the role

One Health Global Technologies is a technology infrastructure company that builds secure, trusted and interoperable digital foundations for healthcare systems across borders. It works with governments, regulators, healthcare providers and technology partners on identity, compliance and data integrity. The internship is on-site in Accra and covers operational, research and project-based tasks related to digital health infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and analysis
• Prepare documentation and reports
• Support product and platform research
• Help coordinate internal communications and meetings
• Contribute to process improvements and support collaboration between technology and business teams
• Learn about regulatory, compliance and identity challenges in global healthcare systems

Required profile

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyse information and summarise insights clearly and accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to prepare organised documentation, reports and presentations
• Interest in healthcare, technology infrastructure, data security or regulatory compliance, with a willingness to develop domain knowledge
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work collaboratively in an on-site team in Accra
• Current enrolment in or recent completion of a relevant programme (computer science, information systems, public health, engineering, business or similar) is beneficial; prior internship or project experience is an advantage but not required
