Intern - Digital Health Infrastructure

About the role

One Health Global Technologies builds secure, trusted and interoperable digital foundations for healthcare systems across borders, working with governments, regulators, healthcare providers and technology partners. It offers cloud-native, security-first platforms for digital identity, credential and compliance infrastructure, secure data exchange and cross-border interoperability, including auditability, fraud and anomaly detection and AI-assisted compliance. The internship supports the team with operational, research and project-based tasks related to digital health infrastructure, and is on-site in Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and analysis
• Prepare documentation and reports
• Support product and platform research
• Help coordinate internal communications and meetings
• Contribute to process improvements and support collaboration between technology and business teams
• Learn about regulatory, compliance and identity challenges in global healthcare systems

Required profile

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyse information and summarise insights clearly and accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to prepare organised documentation, reports and presentations
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in healthcare, technology infrastructure, data security or regulatory compliance, with a willingness to develop domain knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team in Accra, with professionalism, reliability and respect for diverse perspectives
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant academic programme (computer science, information systems, public health, engineering, business or related) is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in technology, data analysis or healthcare is an advantage but not required
