Digital Marketing Growth Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing Growth Coordinator will join People and Partners Group in Accra to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, generate leads and grow the audience across the company’s online channels. Reporting to the marketing leadership, the role owns the website, SEO, email campaigns and social media content, continuously tracking performance and optimizing for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website content, SEO health and Yoast optimization across all pages.
• Maintain and improve lead capture landing pages and associated backend systems.
• Run email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, including sequences, segmentation and performance tracking.
• Manage LinkedIn content and community strategy with a regular publishing cadence.
• Create graphics for social and email content using Canva.
• Coordinate with the Content/Ads/Webinars Specialist to schedule and publish video and webinar content.
• Track and report marketing performance and lead generation across all channels.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Coordinate promotional events and webinars.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, growth operations, or website/content management.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO tools (Yoast or similar) and basic HTML.
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Zoho Campaigns.
• Ability to produce visual assets using Canva.
• Strong analytical mindset to track and report performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
