About the role

VideoPro Africa is seeking experienced documentary crew members to support projects across eight African countries. The role is project‑based and can be performed remotely, allowing you to contribute your expertise from your own location.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality footage as a cinematographer or gaffer on documentary shoots.
• Operate drones to obtain aerial shots in line with project requirements.
• Edit video material to create compelling narratives.
• Coordinate production logistics and assist on set as a production coordinator or assistant.
• Maintain and manage your own equipment, ensuring it meets project standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience working independently on film or documentary productions.
• Ability to follow clear direction and meet project deadlines.
• Own professional‑grade equipment relevant to your role.
