- Develop and refine maintenance plans using predictive, proactive, preventive and corrective tasks, and diagnostic tools such as DGA, partial discharge testing, thermography, insulation resistance, tan delta and contact resistance testing, optimised CMMS/CCMS use.
- Contribute to HV risk management plans and propose engineering solutions to chronic failures using RCA, Weibull analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, FRACAS and Six Sigma.
- Analyse asset performance (loading, thermal performance, trip frequency, OEE, remaining useful life, losses and costs) and execute predictive and preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned shutdowns.
- Prepare permit-to-work documentation and keep regulatory documentation up to date.
- Support purchase and service order agreements and ensure materials are available for planned maintenance, overhauls and inspections.
