About the role
PA Agro Farms Ltd, an integrated poultry company based in Nkoranza South, Ghana, is setting up a new poultry processing plant and is hiring QC inspectors for its processing areas, including live bird reception and slaughter, evisceration, cutting and cold chain / dispatch.
Required profile
- HND / Diploma, or WASSCE with a relevant certificate
- HACCP / GMP training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food-industry quality control
- Candidates with stronger qualifications or experience may be preferred
- Satisfactory pre-employment medical and food-handler fitness check, as required by regulation
- Background and reference checks
- Willingness to work the two-shift pattern
- Commitment to follow food safety, hygiene and safety rules at all times
