About the role
OCEANSMALL COMPANY LIMITED is looking for hardworking SHS graduates and factory workers to join its production team in Agbogba. The position involves supporting daily factory and production activities from Monday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with sorting, processing, packaging, and labelling products.
- Support loading, off‑loading and movement of goods.
- Maintain clean work areas, tools and equipment.
- Follow food hygiene, quality and workplace safety procedures.
- Report damaged products, equipment faults and production concerns to the supervisor.
- Carry out other assigned factory duties.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Hold an SHS certificate or results slip.
- Reside in Agbogba, Madina, Ashongman, Haatso or surrounding areas.
- Willing to learn, follow instructions and work in a team.
- Punctual, dependable and available to work Monday to Saturday.
