Field Sales Representative

About the role

Donu is a fast‑growing grocery and essentials delivery app serving Accra. As a Field Sales Representative you will work on the ground, meeting busy professionals, households and families in East Legon and surrounding areas, turning them into loyal Donu customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new prospects in offices, estates, gyms, churches and community hubs.
• Help prospects download the Donu app and place their first order on the spot.
• Follow up each lead personally until an order is confirmed.
• Distribute flyers and run simple promotions within your assigned zone.
• Submit a short weekly activity report on leads and conversions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing or a customer‑facing role.
• Self‑motivated hustler comfortable with field work and cold outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow‑up.
• Clear communicator, presentable and trustworthy.
• Resident within commuting distance of Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly base salary of GHC 1,200 – 1,500.
• GHC 10 for each new customer order generated.
• Monthly bonus of GHC 400 when you exceed 50 orders.
• Potential to earn over GHC 2,400 per month.
