Sales Agent

About the role

Agrihaven is looking for a full‑time Sales Agent to work in a hybrid setting based in the Ashaiman/Tema/Accra area, with some flexibility to work from home. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential buyers, promoting the company’s locally sourced tilapia and catfish, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and nurture new and existing customers across the aquaculture value chain.
• Promote Agrihaven’s products, respond to inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfillment with operations.
• Gather market feedback, support pricing decisions and contribute to product development.
• Track sales activities, maintain CRM records and report on performance against targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in food, agriculture or FMCG sectors.
• Knowledge of aquaculture or related value chains is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities.
• Relevant high school diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or a related field is preferred.
