Field Sales Representative

About the role

The JobBox Solutions is hiring a Field Sales Representative on a contract basis in Ghana. The role is independent fieldwork with flexible hours, focused on selling wellness products and expanding the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a minimum of 100 wellness products per month to meet the sales target.
• Pursue new sales opportunities and leverage an existing network of customers and business contacts.
• Promote the company's products to prospective and existing customers and build long-term relationships.
• Identify potential markets and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports on customer activity and market trends.
• Represent the company professionally and honestly in all dealings.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
• An established customer base or strong professional network.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and disciplined.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within assigned sales areas as required.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sell at least 100 products per month.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of GHS 5,000.
• Contract-based engagement with performance measured against sales targets.
