Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited, part of the global Keda Group, is looking for a Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive to ensure consistent brand standards and merchandising execution across distributor showrooms in multiple African markets. The role covers showroom inspections, display compliance, corrective action follow-up and reporting, and is based in Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect distributor showrooms regularly against company standards, covering product structure and assortment, sample rooms and display areas, racks, shelves and layout, lighting, sanitary ware installations and cleanliness.
• Identify non-compliance issues and improvement opportunities, propose corrective actions and follow up with distributors until they are implemented.
• Support merchandising execution for new products and image upgrades.
• Take 8-10 standardized photos per showroom of key display and sample room areas.
• Record inspection findings, corrective actions and completion status in inspection reports, and prepare periodic inspection summaries for Headquarters.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, New Product Specialists and distributor teams to resolve showroom issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Retail Management, Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in showroom inspection, merchandising execution or store auditing.
• Experience in ceramics, building materials or sanitary ware is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with distributor management and multi-market operations is an advantage.
