Finance and Admin Associate

This entry-level position combines financial oversight, administrative coordination and day-to-day operational tasks. It suits professionals with 0-2 years of experience and supports budget monitoring, procurement support and asset tracking so that company resources are protected and leaders have reliable data.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial documents such as invoices, receipts and payment authorisations, and keep accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
• Support bank reconciliation, petty cash management and tracking of staff advances.
• Manage physical and digital filing systems, office supplies and correspondence, and coordinate meetings and events.
• Track assets, contracts and vendor details, and help run office facilities by monitoring utilities, security and maintenance requests.
• Gather vendor quotes, update the supplier database, track purchase orders and deliveries, and keep audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain an asset inventory, tag and transfer items, take stock counts, flag obsolete items and manage disposal of non-functional equipment.
• Ensure separation of duties, identify potential financial risks, and support internal and external audits.
• Compile routine reports on financial, operational and procurement activity, and log budget expenditures and commitments.
