Junior Analyst - M&A and Strategic Advisory

About the role

This Junior Analyst position supports complex transactions and advisory services such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic consulting, capital raising and business valuation. Working under the mentorship of senior team members, the analyst executes high-quality research, performs rigorous financial analysis and prepares professional client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and market research to support M&A and brokerage transactions
• Collaborate on transaction documents such as teasers, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs) and investor pitch decks
• Carry out due diligence and detailed industry analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and refine financial models with guidance from experienced team members
• Help formulate business plans, feasibility studies and investor readiness packages
• Gather data and perform financial assessments for business valuation reports
• Design and finalise presentations and reports for clients
• Keep project files organised and documentation accurate throughout the engagement
• Carry out other analytical and administrative tasks assigned by Engagement Managers and Partners
