About the role
DriveEv Ghana is seeking a motivated Fleet & Operations Manager to oversee vehicle fleets and daily transport operations across Accra and the Tema region. The role requires strong organisational abilities and a confident driving capability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vehicles, drivers, and schedules.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient transport services.
- Maintain fleet reliability and compliance.
- Monitor performance and address operational issues promptly.
Required profile
- Based around 37, Teshie, Tse Addo, Labadi or Spintex.
- Valid driver’s licence and confident driving skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation or operations is an advantage.
