About the role

ClakesOS, an early‑stage software platform under Clakes Studio, seeks a strategic and commercially minded leader to shape its business strategy, drive revenue, and prepare for international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business plan and long‑term growth strategy, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
• Design and implement customer acquisition, sales, marketing and pricing strategies to generate revenue.
• Research market needs, align product development with demand, and establish product‑market fit.
• Identify investors, accelerators and strategic partners, preparing business plans and pitch materials.
• Build efficient workflows, recruit needed talent and create a culture of accountability for scaling the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven ability to manage people, projects or commercial initiatives in a startup or early‑stage environment.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience in SaaS, e‑commerce, marketplaces, fintech or technology‑enabled services.
• Demonstrated achievements in sales, revenue growth, customer acquisition or operational improvement.
