Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in daily operations, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation, and communication with customers and internal departments. This role contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with proposal preparation, lead follow‑up, and contract documentation.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and sales reports accurately and on time.
• Review incoming leads, gather requirements, and assign qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
• Check and release orders according to internal procedures.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams on inventory planning and forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent English and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems (advantage).
