Global Client Manager – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (Remote)

About the role

Generation’s Digital Talent Hub is seeking a Global Client Manager for a six‑month fixed‑term remote assignment. The role will lead the onboarding and relationship management of employer partners across Africa, ensuring high‑quality service and successful talent placement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for pan‑African employer partners.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for Digital Talent Hub clients.
• Conduct regular project meetings, check‑ins, and performance reviews.
• Monitor project performance, client retention, and satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation of all employer interactions.
• Track employer engagement, hiring outcomes, and performance data.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery in collaboration with internal talent and operations teams.

Required profile

• Organized and relationship‑focused with a performance‑driven mindset.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with pan‑African market dynamics and employer engagement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
