Sales Consultant - Real Estate

About the role

Equilibrium Partners Ltd, a boutique real estate development, investment and advisory firm focused on the West African market, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant in Accra. The consultant identifies prospective clients, presents real estate development and investment opportunities and guides them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and present real estate development and investment opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, understand client needs and prepare proposals and presentations
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals
• Collaborate with internal teams so client solutions match project and investment objectives
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support ongoing client relationship management
• Monitor market trends, give feedback on client preferences and contribute to business development initiatives

Required profile

• Proven ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Experience in real estate, investment or advisory services is highly beneficial, especially in the West African market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Comfortable working on-site in Accra
