Housekeeper & Waitress (Full‑Time, Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as both a Housekeeper and a Waitress. This full‑time, entry‑level position combines cleaning duties with front‑of‑house service in a hospitality environment. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere while delivering attentive service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common spaces.
• Make beds, change linens, restock toiletries and ensure rooms are guest‑ready.
• Wash, iron, fold and store laundry items, sorting by fabric type and colour.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, present menus and explain daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks with high presentation standards and check on guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Process payments using the POS system, balance cash receipts and handle any discrepancies.
• Keep dining areas, service stations and workspaces clean and organized.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with at least 12 months experience in hospitality cleaning or serving.
• Ability to follow health, safety, sanitation and hygiene policies.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a courteous, professional attitude toward guests.
• Attention to detail and ability to report maintenance issues promptly.
