Investment Banking Executive – M&A & Capital Markets

About the role

Frontline Capital Advisors Ltd is seeking Investment Banking Executives to source and lead mergers and acquisitions advisory, financing, restructuring, and capital market transactions. The role involves working closely with clients and internal deal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses using methodologies such as discounted cash flow, leveraged buy‑out, and transaction comparables.
• Originate and execute equity and debt transactions, building detailed financial models to assess performance under various scenarios.
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, capital‑markets activity, and corporate finance topics.
• Participate in all stages of transaction execution, from pitch to closing, coordinating with deal‑team members across the firm.
