Key Account Executive - Pharma Sales

About the role

Shalina Healthcare Ghana is looking for a Key Account Executive to work strategically on increasing awareness and creating demand for its products, and to ensure their continuous availability on the market and in institutions such as hospitals and clinics, including tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Segment customers in hospitals and clinics according to company guidelines, choosing the right tools and frequency.
• Keep hospital and clinic databases up to date so customer needs are understood and met on time.
• Stay current on the latest product information and share it with medical practitioners, key opinion leaders and pharmacists.
• Present and discuss company products with healthcare professionals and KOLs in face-to-face meetings and group presentations.
• Analyse market insights of each institution to help achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
• Work with the Marketing team to optimise results, welcome feedback and suggestions, and increase market penetration.
• Follow corporate policies and procedures and act with integrity and high business standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
