Life Insurance Agent

About the role

This full-time Life Insurance Agent position is based in Accra with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence and remote work. You will help individuals and families protect their future by offering tailored life insurance and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients across Accra and Tema region.
• Explain life insurance and investment products, conduct needs assessments, and present customized proposals.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims inquiries.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales and service targets.
• Participate in ongoing product training, team meetings, and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Strong skills in insurance sales and brokerage.
• Solid knowledge of finance and insurance concepts.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation.
• Ethical and compliant work approach.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is beneficial.
