Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to own our lead‑generation function and strengthen our online presence. Based in Accra, this hybrid full‑time position will work closely with sales and customer‑service teams to attract, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
• Conduct market research to identify target segments, client needs and competitive trends.
• Develop and refine marketing strategies, messaging and outreach activities.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including social media and website content.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over leads and track conversion metrics.
• Report on campaign performance, analyse KPIs and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to engage prospects.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation or growth‑focused roles.
• Understanding of B2B LinkedIn marketing and lead‑generation tactics.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
