About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead regional marketing initiatives for pharmaceutical products in the Northern Region and surrounding territories. The role focuses on driving product awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
- Plan and execute product launches, medical presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support revenue targets and distributor engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacists, and regulatory bodies.
- Track market intelligence, analyze sales data, and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- MBA or professional marketing qualification is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare product promotion.
- Proven track record in regional market development.
- Experience working with hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors in Northern Ghana is a plus.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
