Marketing Manager – Skincare Brand

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of Nurtureholiks, a fast‑growing skincare brand based in Teshie. You will shape and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive product demand and support our sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media platforms and other digital channels to boost engagement and sales.
• Coordinate content creation, including copywriting and basic graphic design, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Oversee marketing budgets, timelines and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product development, sales and customer service teams.
• Develop partnerships and organise promotional events.
• Maintain alignment of all marketing activities with Nurtureholiks’ values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management and brand positioning.
• Background in beauty, skincare or consumer products marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfort working on‑site in Teshie and collaborating with local teams.
