Marketing Officer - BTL Activations

About the role

The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing product activation and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and product performance. The role manages activation teams, monitors campaign execution, gathers customer and consumer feedback and provides timely reports and insights to support marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and coordinate product activations and BTL marketing campaigns in line with business and marketing objectives.
• Develop activation plans, coordinate logistics and ensure effective execution within approved timelines and budgets.
• Lead, coordinate and manage activation teams, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance and providing guidance.
• Conduct field visits to monitor the quality and effectiveness of BTL activities and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Engage with customers and consumers during activations to gather feedback on products, promotions and brand experiences.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Track and assess the performance of activations and BTL initiatives against agreed objectives.
• Prepare timely reports on activation activities, team performance, customer feedback, outcomes and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to maximise the reach of marketing activations.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, campaign results and customer insights.
